Measuring cells and accessories for electrochemistry

Measuring cells for electrochemistry:

- NPxxx-SR type surface cells
- NSD50-17-60 --- NSD50-23-80 type glass cells
- laboratory cells

NPxxx-SR type measuring cells are applied in anticorrosion research of varnish and paint coats which cover metal surfaces, metal constructions - mostly steel made, for instance.

NPxxx-SR

In particular there is high impedance research of varnish and paint coats which is effectuated with application of ATLAS 0441 HIA instrument, and according to requirements of ISO 16773-1,2,3,4 standard.

The cell consists of a ring made from PVC, on which is mounted cover made from transparent PERSPEX ('organic glass') with fastened counter electrode. The cell is directly placed on flat parts of measured object, which also conduces as measured electrode.

The cell is fixed with help of all-purpose silicone glue.

Detailed data regarding the cells are presented in specification, which is attached.

NSD50/17/60 and NSD50/23/80 glass cells are intended for electrochemical
research of flat specimen in lab conditions.

NSD50/xx/xx cell

The cell consists of cylindrical vessel in which bottom was made centrally
located round hole with diameter d.
Specimen is placed on sub-frame. The vessel get placed on a specimen with seal between (O-ring).
Top mounted lid equipped in thirls closes the vessel from up.
The thirls enable electrodes and temperature meter (thermometer
or temperature probe) to be mounted in the cell.
The cell is mounted hermetically on a specimen with help of pressure ring
and press bolts.
